What better day than 11th to have an argument? The term 1-on-1 should have more distinctive negative meaning. Very little good comes out of fatherly 101. Most leadership 101 situations only take place, because action is necessary and at that point the other party tells and the other listens, rest of the good meaning of 101 is leveled by the set of responsibility and duty of the work.
