One week ago I forgot to mark the carnival to be posted I also forgot to create a new volume for this week. It was only on Friday that I noticed my error. So, I got two submissions of which the other one was complete garbage. I just thank my luck that it wasn’t about knitting.

HOW TO COLD CALL EFFECTIVELY?

This is a real money article that focuses on that dreaded cold calling. The post is specificly about what to say first. Notice that there is terrible mistake in the article. Number 1 example couldn’t be much more wrong. ALWAYS presume that customer has time to listen to you. If they don’t they will let you know. You are on very shaky ground from the start if you begin with such a consent.

Another thing I am not so comfortable is the casual use of the first name, sure this might work well with B2C, but B2B is slightly more complex playground. However, it is good to remember that we all are just plain people no matter the title, therefore many people respond well if you show the boldness and just level with them. All in all a great post.
