BALANCING BETWEEN A SALE AND NO SALE

This week we have several splendid articles. Big thanks to everyone who took the time to submit quality. In the past we have mostly seen serious and informative articles even this carnival is called “sales stories“. This week’s top submission by far is a post from Banquet Manager blog. Actually the name is more complex than that, but I’m lazy. I’d sum up this post so that with a sale comes a responsibility.

PRAVEEN PURI OF SIMPLE TRADING SYSTEM

Praveen has an article about benefits of referrals and how to create them. When you have spent as many years online as I have you will notice that there are no special insights in Praveen’s article. However, it is practice that makes perfect and this article has some fundamental points that you need to keep in mind if you handle referrals. Praveen points that especially recurring customers are good source of referrals. Tell that to a house seller and builder like me and you’ll see grown man burst to tears. Oh yeah, here’s the link.

DISCONNECT YOURSELF

Have you noticed that you get awfully lot of information from various of sources like email, phone, paper leads, Twitter… and having so many sources gets you equally distracted. As a result you are busy managing your communication channels and not your sales. Erick’s article over here.

SALES QUOTES

I just don’t know what to write about this one, but title says it all - Inspirational Sales Quotes.
