When faced with reality of bringing bread to table, one can only go so far with passion as the motivator. According to Engadget, Google has now accepted paid applications as part of their Android Market. Google must have noticed that to fill the platform with applications they need to provide a way for developers to make money based on their hard effort.

IN SALES MONEY IS THE MOTIVATOR
Like in Google’s case, sales organisations are always having difficulties to get best out of their system. Good working environment is not enough as large part of the job usually happens in customers’ premises. Same logic goes with team building efforts so what ultimately is left is hefty compensation of salespersons’ troubles. For most part this will not change and to foreseeable future, technological breakthroughs will not transform sales but only ease the organizational challenges.
