Missed opportunity

Yesterday I terminated my mobile phone subscription contract. I called to the customer service and asked them to close my account. Young lady (I have nothing against young ladies, quite contrary) said that it means closing ten separate mobile phone numbers and am I really sure to close them all. I said yes and she said ok, then she thanked me for calling and hung up. Anything wrong in this dialogue? This is what happens when you try to squeeze the last drop of profit from your staff - you start to lose customers.
