Few days ago, I came across an interesting website that is called My Micro Fund. The concept tries to - in the very best evil doctor manner - combine genetic material from micro loans and venture capitalism. Even I filed an application not so much to get funding but to be accountable.

Decision process in this kind of thing takes time, because internet is full of ugly people and those who just know a better make-up artist. This leads into a situation where trust is in short supply and any creation of anything new will just not take place. If nothing happens, we could as well be dead… so distrust has very strong negative effect especially in our online context.

Well this got me thinking (I know, you don’t believe that’s possible, but that just makes me ignorant and stupid liar, so carry on) that there should be a way to limit the possible financial loss and increase the control over the investment. I think I came up with a pretty fun concept. I’ll tell you all about it tomorrow.
