Waiting for holiday

Kids wait for Christmas and count the days for it to come. Every day starts with the thought “Only X days until Christmas”! It warms your heart to watch such joy. Their joy doesn’t come so much from getting a break from school, instead they just celebrate the season. There are good things to wait for and that runs the excitement! Kids are waiting something to start.

Grown ups are just as well waiting for the holiday. Our enthusiasm is not because we crave to get going with Christmas cleaning, baking and fuzzing, instead we are enthusiastic because it gives us a time to get away from work. Adults are waiting something to end.

Naturally those are generalizations, but I dare to claim that majority of people consider their work as a way of sustaining themselves and providing for family. For most, work is a drag.

Start something and you’ll get that rush back. Find a way to contribute for society or be shamelessly capitalistic and create a money machine. Don’t just wait until clock strikes five and let’s you move on. Come on, start your engine.
