Selfish motives

All our motives are selfish that’s for sure. However many of our motives do good for ourselves but bad or at least not so good to the others. If something is good only for yourself then it doesn’t benefit others and when you are gone so is the benefit experienced. What’s left?
WE ALL TOGETHER
If the source for your selfish motivation comes from helping others you will be the change agent that will bring good to many lives. When it’s time for you to go the work remains and possibly continues.
HOW DOES THIS SHOW IN SALES
Some salespeople are exceedingly interested only in their own benefit. Make a sale and forget. Problems pile on the company that employs the salesman and customers don’t have it much better. Unless this salesrocket is a sociopath he’ll experience distress too. Nobody wins, but lot of trouble is created.
