Dead flowers
Monday, April 27, 2009 23:44Bought flowers to my dear lady. Flowers bloomed and sweet perfume tip toed every nook of our apartment. Spring sun shined and summer breeze almost had the courage to come to town - it didn’t. Good times, eating ice cream and debating the triumph of vanilla over chocolate - no agreement the debate will go on until eternity.
Flowers withered and died. I suppose they were dead already just didn’t realize it when I shoved them into a vase. Now they were near rotting and that beautiful scent was gone. Nevermind, no time for waste disposal, time to go off for a weekend trip.
We had dry dead flowers waiting for us. Now they are in a different vase with no water. Don’t just click into motion when something needs to be sorted out. Give a chance a chance and something creative might come out of it.

Aw, who knew Jake was so romantic..:)
I don’t get the whole scent associated with flowers though, I don’t find it appealing..lol Perhaps it’s just allergies..

And you know what they say: “If you can’t stand the smell, stay away from the roses.”
